About Us

So back in 2012 my lovely wife was very pregnant with our 4th child and her craving was late night schnitzels. We noticed that all the places that served good schnitzels would close at 9pm and we couldn’t find a decent schnitzel anywhere after 9pm, so I started making them for her. It turns out I had quite a talent for making schnitzel.

During this time the Sydney City Council started their Sydney Food Trucks program, and as I seen what trucks were coming out and wondering if one of them would start doing schnitzels? Skip a couple of years and I noticed there were no trucks doing schnitzel. So, I started planning a schnitzel truck in 2014.

Took a couple of years of thinking and planning and finally bought a truck on 24th February 2016. An old 1994 Isuzu NPR 200 ex-film catering van, she was a bit rough, but had all the bones to make an operating/functional food truck.

Over the next few months I pull together all my resources. To get it ready for service.
